During parenting, it's necessary to plan and organize various tasks and responsibilities related to caring for the little ones, allowing them to develop planning and time management skills. In the workplace, the ability to plan and organize projects is critical to ensuring efficiency and success, while optimizing available resources and meeting established deadlines and goals.


Proactivity:

It's the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, take initiative, and act preemptively to achieve positive outcomes. During parenting, mothers must be proactive in identifying and addressing the needs and concerns of their children. In the workplace, proactivity is key to identifying and resolving issues efficiently, as well as seizing opportunities for growth and professional development.


Problem Solving:

This skill involves the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively, using critical thinking and creativity. During parenting, mothers face a variety of challenges and problematic situations. In the workplace, problem-solving is essential for overcoming obstacles and achieving goals, as well as promoting innovation and growth within the organization.


Teamwork:

It's the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others to achieve common goals. During parenting, teamwork with partners, family members, and caregivers is often necessary to meet the needs of children. In the workplace, teamwork is essential for achieving successful outcomes, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
